It started in 2023. This itch. I cannot spend my life working for someone else. The thought of grinding to make someone else rich while collecting pennies kept me up at night.
So I started a business. Not going to say what it was, I'd rather forget. What I will say is I started making money fast, and the reason was pretty simple: I had a co-founder. We had each other's money on the line. Accountability wasn't a conversation we had, it just existed by default. Your laziness cost me real money. Three months in, we were profitable.
Then it fell apart. Relationships do that. I changed too, not obviously bad, not obviously good, just different. Took me about 2.5 years to figure out who I actually was.
Anyway. I'm back.
That taste of running your own thing, making your own calls, it never actually went away. I just buried it.
Right now I'm building Velon Lab, an AI receptionist company for dental clinics. I go to George Mason, I'm based in DC, and I'm broke. Those are the facts.
This time there's no co-founder keeping me honest, so I built this instead.
The Baburchi Blueprint is the public record. Every win, every failure, every dumb mistake. If you're reading this, you're the accountability now.
Let's go.
