It started in 2023 with an itch I couldn't ignore: I couldn't spend my life working for someone else.
The idea of grinding every day just to make someone else rich while I collected pennies kept me up at night.
So I started a business. I won't say what it was. I'd rather forget that part. What matters is this: we made money fast.
The reason was simple. I had a co-founder.
We both had money on the line. Accountability didn't need to be discussed, it was built in. If I got lazy, it cost him. If he got lazy, it cost me. Three months in, we were profitable.
Then it fell apart.
Relationships do that. I changed too. Not in some obviously bad way, not in some obviously good way. Just different. It took me about two and a half years to figure out who I actually was.
But that feeling never left.
The taste of building something of your own, making your own calls, creating your own path. I never really lost it. I just buried it.
Now I'm back.
I'm building Velon Lab, an AI receptionist company for dental clinics. I go to George Mason. I'm based in DC.
Those are the facts.
This time, there's no co-founder to keep me honest. So I built this instead.
The Baburchi Blueprint is the public record. Every win, every failure, every dumb mistake.
If you're reading this, you're the accountability now.
Let's go.
